1. Partnership Agreement
By submitting a partnership application to MoJamoza Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Partnership. These terms govern your relationship with MoJamoza Technologies as a partner.
2. Types of Partnerships
We offer two main types of partnerships:
- Investment Partnerships: Financial investment in MoJamoza Technologies with agreed returns and terms.
- Skilled Partnerships: Collaboration based on skills, expertise, and time contribution.
3. Application Process
- All applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- We may request additional information or schedule an interview.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of MoJamoza Technologies.
- Approved partners will receive a formal partnership agreement.
4. Partnership Commitments
- Partners agree to act professionally and ethically.
- Confidential information must be protected.
- Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Regular communication and updates are required.
5. Financial Terms (Investment Partners)
- Investment amounts and terms are specified in individual agreements.
- Returns are based on company performance.
- Detailed financial reports are provided quarterly.
- Minimum investment period is 6 months.
6. Service Terms (Skilled Partners)
- Compensation is based on agreed terms (hourly, project-based, or equity).
- Partners maintain ownership of their intellectual property.
- Work schedules and deliverables are agreed upon in advance.
- Performance reviews are conducted quarterly.
7. Confidentiality
Partners agree not to disclose any confidential information about MoJamoza Technologies, its clients, or other partners. This obligation continues for 2 years after partnership termination.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms.
- Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned.
- Final payments are processed within 30 days of termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this partnership will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with Kenyan law.
10. Amendments
MoJamoza Technologies reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes.
